Merck & Co Inc Chief Executive Kenneth Frazier resigned from U.S. President Donald Trump's American Manufacturing Council on Monday, saying he was taking a stand against intolerance and extremism.

All I know is that Merck has been involved in a whole bunch of mergers and acquisitions in recent years, and has actually relocated its headquarters in New Jersey TWICE in the last four years.

Trump's statement irked Frazier so much, that he is making a noisy exit while putting distance between himself and Trump and the American Manufacturing Council.
America's leaders must honor our fundamental values by clearly rejecting expressions of hatred, bigotry and group supremacy, which run counter to the American ideal that all people are created equal.As CEO of Merck and as a matter of personal conscience, I feel a responsibility to take a stand against intolerance and extremism.
Oh yeah, and Merck's scientists also found that, since viruses mutate, Gardasil was ineffective 80 percent of the time.
Leftists own the corporate world now. It wouldn’t surprise me if other CEOs will resign now and cite Trump’s tweet.
