CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA – Attorney General Jeff Sessions issued a statement Saturday indicating a federal investigation has been opened into the events surrounding the “Unite the Right” rally in Charlottesville, Virginia. Sessions, who had already condemned the violence and “any message of hate and intolerance” as events were unfolding, delivered the following statement as the dust settled in the home of the University of Virginia:
The violence and deaths in Charlottesville strike at the heart of American law and justice. When such actions arise from racial bigotry and hatred, they betray our core values and cannot be tolerated. I have talked with FBI Director Chris Wray, FBI agents on the scene, and law enforcement officials for the state of Virginia. The FBI has been supporting state and local authorities throughout the day. U.S. Attorney Rick Mountcastle has commenced a federal investigation and will have the full support of the Department of Justice. Justice will prevail.

Sessions had Trump under investigation by a pitbull bff of Hillary and Comey practically before Trump had settled into his office. This due to a fake/manufactured claim of Russian ‘collusion,’ for which neither you nor anyone else can name the specific crime being investigated.
Meanwhile the actual felons are waltzing around making lucrative book deals and organizing The Resistance.
How you can still defend Sessions is a mystery.
Perhaps, but DOJ and Sessions have done a lot to invite it. I realize that Jeff has probably had his hands full just dealing with internal obstruction left behind to hobble him, but he needs a better PR game.
I know the feeling of your co-worker. I am a Southerner, and I used to positively love Jeff Sessions. The disappointment I feel in him now is indescribable.

I did not know that. Whoever ordered the police to stand down should suffer the consequences.
Hopefully, the DOJ is investigating why a lawful and peaceful assembly, whose right to assemble at that time and in that place was granted by a Federal court order, were dispersed and beaten by agents of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
Sessions is as worthless as tits on a boar.
GOOD...hopefully their will be a total assessment...my view and what Trump should’ve said said, Peaceful Americans were prevented from expressing their freedom of speech, opinions, and rights in a free setting as citizens, by elements of hate from both right and left extreme groups some being supported and financed by political groups from within and outside our borders. By all indications, at this time, it was facilitated by the inaction of the local enforcement groups, allowing the groups to intermingle and to attack one or the other, apparently to allow political groups within the state to take advantage of the situation to enact a state of emergency thereby denying law abiding citizens their rights!
That and identifying those citizens, and associating “white people and citizens as the major part of the racist elements involved and as the problem are the egregious despicable acts that must be corrected and not be allowed to be hijacked by the media in their fake news narratives going forward!

Of course Soros is in the mix; he’s Top Dog. McAuliffe is involved as well. Did you watch his speech, with feigned outrage, but obviously scripted and rehearsed? They’ve had this in the works for weeks now and all went according to plan.
If people can’t see this for what it is — a theater production by Soros Enterprises — they’re as dumb as dirt. This is no different from the alleged Trump supporters who caused the riot at the rally. All were employed by Soros, as we learned from the Project Veritas films, pretending to be Trump supporters. These people pretending to be white supremacists are probably the exact same whores and will be cashing their signed-by-Soros paychecks on Monday.
