CHARLOTTESVILLE, VA Attorney General Jeff Sessions issued a statement Saturday indicating a federal investigation has been opened into the events surrounding the Unite the Right rally in Charlottesville, Virginia. Sessions, who had already condemned the violence and any message of hate and intolerance as events were unfolding, delivered the following statement as the dust settled in the home of the University of Virginia:
The violence and deaths in Charlottesville strike at the heart of American law and justice. When such actions arise from racial bigotry and hatred, they betray our core values and cannot be tolerated. I have talked with FBI Director Chris Wray, FBI agents on the scene, and law enforcement officials for the state of Virginia. The FBI has been supporting state and local authorities throughout the day. U.S. Attorney Rick Mountcastle has commenced a federal investigation and will have the full support of the Department of Justice. Justice will prevail.

In his speech McAuliffe stated “We planned for a long time for today’s incidents.”
Meanwhile, the Mueller Steamroll just keeps on rolling, adding road-kill (Manafort) and picking up speed.
Is BLM “black anti-nationalists” Divide and conquer...that's what the left has brought us.
I am not an advocate of NO demonstrations. I am an advocate of adequate police protection for the exercise of rights.
+1
Which side was actively destroying the others history before the fight started?
McAuliffe had already activated the National Guard for the rally, so he knew something was going to kick off.
Yes , lets rail road this kid before we know the facts.
Jeff still has opened up the Debbie W or the Comey mess but lets attack the idiot 20 year old .
Sessions is a sorry uniparty hack .
1. I thought the day started with a peaceful protest precipitated by the expected ruling that a statue of Robert E. Lee was to be removed. Exactly who was peacefully assembling?
2.Then the anarchists, Antifa, came to attack #1. Antifa is anti-conservative, anti-Trump, anti-American. They are akin to the European anarchist and probably Soros’s hit team.
3. The police drove #1 out of the park into the heavily armed #2.
4. Then various and sundry groups from all over the US arrived to do their thing. I have heard general descriptions of these others but not specific names, or reason for being.
Do I have it right? What are the actual demonstrator group
names??
I am not interested in names like Nazi, white supremists, racists, etc. - just actual group names.
‘Will Sessions insure that the Leftists (e.g., Antifa, BLM, local/state government officials) who were complicit are also investigated for their roles? I doubt it; the timid Sessions will be too fearful to insure the pre-positioned DOJ Leftists do a proper job.’
No, because the MSM would criticize Sessions for investigating the Left. They only love him for investigating Trump and the right.
So guess who gets investigated.
Yes, Sessions needs to removed .
Uniparty sock puppet .
Can you post those tweets here? They are must reads.
FYI, a former Boston police commissioner was on Fox yesterday before the protest was shut down. He was extremely critical of how the police were handling things, and he included the VSP in the criticism.

Wouldn’t you like to know once and for all who bussed in those counter-protestors, and who paid them to be there and start trouble? I do.
So this gets Sessions immediate focus? Well if I had any doubt that Sessions is just a deep state stooge I don’t any more. The recusel suddenly makes sense. Absolutely impossible to fire him now to add insult to injury.
Is that what your crystal ball told you, or maybe you asked your magic 8 ball?
Says to me neither of those are serious investigations then, right?
Cuz such things take time.
Pretty good, I'd say. Sessions want's to show he's a "good guy".
Better by AG Sessions than state investigation by gov Terry McCullough!
I seriously doubt that that point will be part of the “investigation”.
