Why didnt these assets intercept the missile as it was heading up over the Sea of Japan?
Or during the long re-entry toward Japan? A slight change in trajectory the last few minutes would have hit Japan.
IMO, they called our bluff and gave us an easy target right over our ships and toward Japan. And we did nothing. Very disappointing...

It occurred to me you were being sarcastic but I read a long interview with an expert on ChiaHead who said he has been very open about his targets. They were the Pacific Fleet in San Diego, NYC, DC, and more recently Chicago.
I never bought into the Guam thing for one minute.
More recently however we wondered if he could possibly hit all of his targets simultaneously.
