No, conventional weapons will suffice. Launching nukes would be a grave mistake, unless nuked first. The radioactivity would destroy the whole Korean and possibly the neighboring countries as well. And we do not want a “skirmish” with China.

Massive amounts of cruise missiles, B1 and / or B2 bombing raids, knocking out command and control centers and severing all transportation lines might not get their attention...................

I agree. A nuclear first strike would be a foreign policy disaster.

I’m not trying to minimize the danger of a nuclear NK. But even the MiniKim has to know that a nuclear attack by him would also be curtains for his regime. Certainly his Generals know it.
