We have just obtained hundreds of pages in our ongoing investigation and federal lawsuit on former Attorney General Loretta Lynch’s tarmac meeting with former President Bill Clinton while the Department of Justice (DOJ) and FBI had an ongoing criminal investigation into Hillary Clinton’s emails. The results are shocking.
First, the Comey FBI lied to us. Last July, we sent FOIA requests to both the Comey FBI and the Lynch DOJ asking for any documents related to the Clinton Lynch plane meeting. The FBI, under the then directorship of James Comey, replied that “No records responsive to your request were located.”
The documents we received today from the Department of Justice include several emails from the FBI to DOJ officials concerning the meeting....

I agree. I never stopped liking Sessions, Trump’s first high-profile and most loyal supporter.
Good grief, I certainly would not want all these anti-Sessions whiners on my team.
Sessions made an understandable mistake in the recusal. Because he bends over backward to be honest. And because he did not have the benefit of hindsight like all these Monday morning quarterbacks who want to disown a fantastic/loyal supporter of Trump.
Sessions is awesome so far on Trump’s NUMBER ONE stated goal in the race: getting a handle on immigration/border issues. As Trump said, first throw out the gangs, etc. Then deport illegals, crack down on Sanctimonious Cities, etc.
Now we are already (far sooner than I expected) as least talking about legal immigrants too. WOW, who the hell thought we’d be this far, this fast?
Not to mention starting to crack down on Affirmative Racism on campus, prosecution of leakers, etc.
For crying out loud, if we are going stab everybody this great in the back we are never going to win anything. Sheeesh!
Now we know why the dang swamp is so thick, it’s full of our own human sacrifices.
How many of the complainers bitched about AG/FBI going public with investigation info that should not be public? Now we expect him to do it even more than Holder/Lynch/Comey?
All these know-it-all whiners can blame Trump - he can tell the AG to spawn a new SC any time he wants.
I’d trade the mis-loyalties of all the ridiculous Sessions-bashers for one quick lunch with Jeff any freaking day of the week.

Gregg Jarrett on a Fox News broadcast this afternoon confirmed these docs puts Comey in legal jeopardy because Comey “signed a document on penalty of perjury that said he was being truthful when he said there were no such documents.
“Clearly today the DOJ has released hundreds of pages of documents pertaining to the meeting [Clinton/Lynch]. Perjury is a crime. Mr Comey needs a good defense lawyer.”

I appreciate your post. I’d be thrilled, delighted, ecstatic and euphoric if Sessions suddenly turned into an anti-swamp pitbull. I hope it happens, but to date he shows scant signs of it.

According to these TOP NOTCH legal minds, Sessions did exactly what THE LAW REQUIRED HIM TO DO.
Your problem is that W was the most conservative governor in the country in 2000. There was no alternative.
He thought he could work with the Democrats and get things done as he had in Texas.
My beef with him is that he did not fight the democratmedia and let himself be undermined by it.
“Treason” has a specific meaning in the constitution and is not just some policy or action you disagree with.

This investigation could actually go somewhere considering the fact that Jay Sekulow is President Trump’s personal lawyer now.
