Gregg Jarrett on a Fox News broadcast this afternoon confirmed these docs puts Comey in legal jeopardy because Comey “signed a document on penalty of perjury that said he was being truthful when he said there were no such documents.

“Clearly today the DOJ has released hundreds of pages of documents pertaining to the meeting [Clinton/Lynch]. Perjury is a crime. Mr Comey needs a good defense lawyer.”

For Mr. Comey to need a good defense lawyer, we first need an Attorney General. As long as Jeff Sessions is Attorney General, Mr. Comey has nothing to worry about. On the other hand, pot smokers have good reason to be nervous about.
