This brings MORE attention to the Seth Rich murder. A robbery where nothing was stolen. Head of their IT / Bernie Bro who posted online he'd fight Hillary "all he way to the convention" / killed after Podesta wrote in his leaked emails that they needed to find a fall guy.
Mistake by the Dems to bring more attention. Now, with a lawsuit involved, the defendant's can subpoena the DNC servers to see if their 'fake news' story was true!
All I can say is, we must be getting close...
Methinks NPR is a tool.
Why are we still funding NPR? ANother NPR hit piece against conservatives.
Yes. If the MSM was HONEST and not investing all of its resources into bringing down Trump, there would be some interest in trying to figure out who killed Seth Rich and why.
I don’t see anything in this about the facts/evidence of the murder or Seth Rich’s access to data. All this is about who said what to a reporter. Smoke and mirrors.
Well, the media is finally covering Seth Rich. I saw this trending on Twitter this morning. It’s a long read, but there doesn’t seem to be proof to me the White House worked with them on this story, although they met with Spicer to tell him about it, and depending on who you believe, Trump may have saw the story before it was printed. It sounds like this Butowsky, who is a Trump supporter, took it into his own hands to look into this and got Wheeler involved. If it’s true that he and the Fox reporter attributed two false quotes to him, that’s certainly not right. At this point, that’s what the lawsuit is over, and Wheeler is also suing Fox for racial discrimination.
“Seth Rich FOIA Update: MPD Appeal Denied, Anonymous Requests Can Proceed (self.The_Donald)
submitted 15 hours ago by MeAndTruthVsYou
In a prior post, I mentioned that I won a FOIA Appeal in a records request case against the DC Metropolitan Police Department. This would have allowed all anonymous requestors to request documents without revealing their identity.
MPD appealed the appeal decision. They thought they were going to take me down to china town by claiming that Federal FOIA requires unanonymous requests. I looked up several similar cases and found key differences which undermined their argument. They said, I didn’t have standing to make an appeal in court. Ha, it was an administrative appeal...not a court appeal.
Anyway, to make a long story short, I prevailed in the appeal to the appeal. So, once again, there is room now for anyone anywhere to anonymous request any non-exempt record AND appeal a withholding decision AND appeal an agency appeal. (Incidentally, I argued that DC agencies do not have any legal basis to file an appeal since the statute does not carve out this possibility. I still think I’m right about that but since I won my case, no need to get too huffy puffy about it.)
Here is the ruling:

Seth’s death also shut down a court case into DNC fraud. He was the only witness. At that time BTW there weren’t a ton of lawsuits against the DNC. God-fearing could have been an attempt to nip court cases in the bud. Remember the process server, I think his name was Lucas, died around that time too. Also consider that if Seth testified he could have seriously undermined the Russia narrative and refocused attention on the very thing they created the Russia frame up to avoid, their complete corruption. Including the Awan Brothers. Finally the Clinton’s wouldn’t fear taking out Rich. They control the DC police and FBI. The control the media and cultural outlets. Why should they worry? Remember House of Cards is based on the Clinton’s. Bill confirmed that what’s shown is 99% accurate but that things are actually way worse.”
Defund NPR
Seems like they conveniently left out the bread crumbs that Wikileaks Jullian Assange left on the trail. Isn’t it relevant that Wikileaks offered a reward in the Seth Rich case?
So anyone can make any news story or “documentary” about anything, including scarey stories about climate change or bogeymen russians all based on nothing substantial or scientific or verifiable, BUT (and I haven’t watched it so I don’t know how far it goes into supposition) these guys can’t lay out the story/history of someone who was killed on the streets of DC?????
How is this not a first amendment issue?
Deep State media Strikes Back!
Agreed. Tactical error.
Wheeler has quite obviously been credibly threatened by the Clinton clan.
Too bad for him, they’re going to have him killed anyway. Knowing too much is enough of a crime against the Clintons.
>> with a lawsuit involved, the defendant’s can subpoena the DNC servers to see if their ‘fake news’ story was true <<
Yes, but two can play the subpoena game during discovery.
Therefore, would FNC’s lawyers and insurance carriers advise Fox to go thru a discovery process that might have virtually no limits on what the plaintiffs might subpoena?
I say, “No, not at all.” Therefore, it wouldn’t surprise me a bit if the case goes to settlement in a Scaramucci NY minute.
I agree. The proof is in its wordiness. They are really trying hard to explain away the whole thing. But nobody reads an article that long.
The Ministry of Propaganda does not want anyone asking,
“Who Killed Seth Rich For Leaking The DNC E-Mails?”
OHMIGOD PEOPLE IN THE MEDIA RESEARCHED A STORY!!!!!!!!!
THAT NEVER HAPPENS
For NPR to get their panties all bunched up this tight, somebody must be over the Target!!
