A recent poll by the Pew Research Center found that a majority of Americans say the Democratic Party “too often sees government as the only way to solve problems.” The Pew survey, conducted this summer among a national sample of 2,504 adults 18 years of age or older, found that 61 percent of Americans see the Democratic Party as too government-centered, believing that the state should be the only recourse for solving problems in society.
Among those surveyed, even substantial percentages of those describing themselves as Democrats or liberals believe that the Democratic Party has gone too far in turning to government as the universal problem solver. Thirty-eight percent of self-identified “liberals” agreed with the statement that the Democratic Party “too often sees government as the only way to solve problems,” while 44 percent of Democrats subscribed to that view.

NO!NO!NO! Not nearly statist enougb! The Democrat Party’s major failing today is that it isn’t NEARLY far enough left. They need to make a major hard left turn or they will lose even worse in 2018. Take it from me, that’s the only thing that will save the party.

Anyone who can still think clearly and whose mind hasn’t been rotted out by leftist brainwashing and/or toxoplasmosis knows that empirical evidence strongly suggests that there is no single entity/agency with a better track record of screwing up people’s lives and causing mayhem and death as ‘government’, with Islam being a close second.
I want to see Breitbart giving readers THEIR sources; like in this case, a link to the Pew poll they are referring to. I want the poll, not just their letting us know it exists, and not just their reporting of it.
