Ya know, so far in the misdirected quest to root out “white privilege” no one has bothered to try to explain what they think “white privilege” actually is.
I can’t think of a thing that white people do, and everyone else can’t do, too. Not one. Since the sixties, especially.
I know they think whites should just give them all the money, and then go sit in the corner and die...but that’s not going to happen.
I drive a 17-year-old, chevy truck...when most everyday I see black people driving Cadillac Escalades, BMW’s, Volvos, and Hondas...to name a few.
My house is about 1500 square feet, but my wife sells flooring covering and routinely measures houses for black people in gated communities with 3000 to 10000 sq ft houses.
Where’s my privilege?
Black people dress to the nines, with gold and diamonds dripping off them...my wife got into beading, to make her own jewelry.
So, my summation of “white privilege” is:
a) As long as we have anything they can’t get their hands on, it’s “white privilege”, or;
b) our “privilege” is just BEING white.
If I’m wrong, the someone else define it, please.

I agree with Adam so much. I remember when I was much younger and looking for a job. I really wanted to get into a certain industry but wasn’t able to because I am a white male.
I interviewed with a company four times. I have a degree from a major university and had a lot of experience necessary for the job I wanted. I took aptitude test and personality tests and did very well on all. The person hiring told me that they really wanted to hire me but they were told by their home office they needed to hire a black woman.
I certainly didn’t grow up rich or with white privilege. I worked my entire way though college paying for over 90% of it. My family never had much money. We were working class people. I never got a job in the industry I wanted because I am a white male. That’s my white privilege.
Any liberal, black person or woman that doesn’t like how I feel about it can rot.
BLACK privilege is the problem. Whites and Asians are discriminated against every single day in academia and the workplace, in favor of less-qualified minorities. And in public schools, White kids are bullied, intimidated and extorted by black kids regularly where the black population is large enough to gang up on singled out kids. Absolutely nothing is done about it. But let one white kid in Florida call a Black kid a slur, and it dominates the headlines.
I can give that congressman the names of a couple of kids who used to play lacrosse for Duke University that he could talk to about “white privilege”.
1500 sq. feet ranch here, too, an `83 Chevy truck and finally literally ran a `95 Mercury into the ground earlier this week when the steering failed.
“White privilege” means we white people are privileged so that we must step aside for minorities and fake Indians for jobs we are more qualified to fill, and we get to support them and their feral children with ever larger slices of our dwindling pies.
We drive to work and at lunch or on the way home we see those who are not blessed with our white privilege finally rise-and-shine and play roundball, or sit on their stoops in the sun.
Because we’re privileged, like `Napoleon’ the workhorse in the novel Animal Farm, we must work harder while hanging our heads in shame for having ancestors who bled to free them in order that the progeny of those who gave some or all could be slaves providing cradle-to-grave security for those without our privilege until the day we’re carted-off to the rendering plant/glue factory.

Your privilege is that you have a bank account and they don’t. On a per income capita, whites will tend to save about 5 times as much as blacks at the same income level.

In humor I have generalized this to redneck. Rednecks come in many colors.
We got black rednecks (in a good sense not a Sowell sense) right here on FR.
Black people need to rebel against spiritual chains, not literal ones, today. In all serious humor I invite them to all be rednecks.
And if it ever brought the following up to some acceptable state of racial comity we might even deem it acceptable. BUT IT NEVER DOES.
And white tax donkeys are hated on and looked at as fools by those gaming the system.

It’s obvious what they are doing with this constant “white privilege” drum-beat. They want to keep what they’ve gotten from the welfare state, and get even more.
As shown by the semantics they use: priv·i·lege (white)

synonyms: advantage, benefit

They want more stuff. They want more of my stuff and your stuff, the things we earned, that resulted from the labors of productive Americans.
White privilege is an enthymeme, or an argument in which one premise is not explicitly stated, to wit: “If I were white and privileged, I would have more stuff too.”
But it’s awkward to say, “I want more of your stuff ... “ so they say “You are white and are privileged, so ... “
The conclusion of their meme is that we should give them even more of our stuff—what we worked our a**e* off to get—while they spent their lives trying not to act white, ridiculing anyone that hit the books or tried to start a business, etc., or by simply taking what they wanted.
Maybe they—by `they’ I mean their leaders purporting to represent them—might spend more time urging their people
they segregate themselves into associations, caucuses, student unions and other homogenous organizations: It’s been 400 years since they arrived, 145 years since the Civil war, and fifty years since the Civil Rights act ... what’s the problem here? Koreans that arrived in the `90s are already achieving
to try to make their own way & spend less time bitching about “white privilege”.
This is a sweeping generalization, but I’ve had it with “minorities” after over fifty years of ignoring the color of their skin, then after measuring the content of their character—evidenced here every day (”Amish!”) and several times a day—finding my prejudices confirmed over-and-over, and then again each new day.

actually, Napoleon in that novel was a pig, the main antagonist...the workhorse was named Boxer, and ends up being led to his death at the knackers (glue factory)...
Yep. I was the second oldest of 6 children. My dad worked at blue collar jobs and my mom took care of us kids. I started my first paying job at 12 making $0.75 an hour. I paid my own way everywhere I went. I am still looking for some of that white privilege.
White Privilege can simply be summed up as Western Civilization.
Some folks maintain and defend it, and some folks are parasites who can only destroy it, and they know it.
Thus, they came up with the narrative that those who defend and maintain it somehow recieve unfair advantage over those that destroy it.
