I wonder if he is one of the souls referred to in Revelation 6:9-10? If I were the judge who decided the case, or the lawyers and hospital management, I would be concerned!
Think how amazed little Charlie will be when the Lord tells him of all the prayers for him from complete strangers around the world.

Sincerest condolences to his parents - they will never be able to forget, and will always question whether they could have done more (even if they did their utmost - the guilt will still be there).

Yes, every time I see a news story about Charlie I add that comment. The death panels are real, and poor little Charlie is a martyr.
If only Charlie had been born in 2008 (when Sarah Palin first popularized the term) or perhaps 2010 we might have avoided Obamacare.
Only after too much time had passed. He wouldn’t have offered to perform procedure, at all, if there was NEVER a chance of it possibly working.
So Charlie died? Or was he murdered? They first withhold his nutrition (food), then hydration (water), then unplug everything, and if he still proves stubborn they probably put a plastic bag over his head and zip-tie it to his neck.

Prayers for Chris and Connie and all the people who wanted the hospital to release Charlie for further treatment — including President Trump.
We need talented people to create bumper stickers that catch the eye and heart. I think something like “we will never forget Charlie,and his murderers in robes”.
If you have ever seen a bone cancer patient in unimaginable pain, a soldier with pain from 20 still burning WP gut wounds, or an extreme burn patient, all three knowing they are going to die, and they only pray for a quick end, because that is the only possible relief, then you know about qualify of life issues.
If you haven’t seen such a demonstration, I hope you never have to see one.
