WASHINGTON — President Trump said Wednesday morning, July 26th in a series of tweets that transgender people will not be allowed to serve ‘in any capacity’ in the US military.

Queue the Hawaii federal judge to strike down Trump’s latest attempt to fulfill his obligations as President and Commander in Chief. We are fast approaching a showdown between the Executive, Legislative and Executive Branches. The judiciary must be green with envy when they look north and see the absolute power of the Canadian judiciary to govern by fiat. The “living tree” doctrine of the Canadian Constitution means that it can be rewritten at the whim of the 9 unelected judges on the Supreme Court of Canada. That’s where the US will head unless Trump is successful in installing at least two more conservative judges (actually 3, as he’ll have to replace Clarence Thomas as well). My hunch is that if Kennedy is replaced by a conservative, Roberts will tilt further left to give the court “balance”. He’ll be the new Kennedy.
What is “ transgender training” ?.........................

Riots and demonstrations in the streets? Wasn’t the mere idea of a military presence cause enough for riots and demonstrations in the past?
“Don’t ask, don’t tell”, a Clinton era policy, worked plenty of mischief until it was officially ended in 2011, to no lasting benefit. But its replacement, openly embracing the “diversity” as a social experiment, is also not a very good policy.
