Well “road kill,” if you want to “fix” Oregon, your 40 mile boundary is way short. Portland (Multnomah County) is about 100 miles from the Pacific, and from the data in the article, nearly all the cases of Gonorrhea are there.

Hey, I live in Southern Oregon and some of my friends live along the Oregon coast, just as there’s lots of good Freepers who live in Cali.
