The latest news I can find with a name search is that he was arrested in late May on four counts of felony assault.
No hits on news after that date.
I was just looking into that as well. He entered a not guilty plea on May 26th and is out on bail. One website has pictures of him at gathering in a park of Communists and others. They say it is a potential violation of his bail agreement. Sounds like the wheels of justice are at least in motion.
