U.S. Sen. John McCain revealed Wednesday evening that he has a brain tumor.
The announcement follows a procedure to remove a blood clot from above his left eye at the Mayo Clinic Hospital in Phoenix last Friday, where a pathology report revealed the glioblastoma, a malignant brain tumor.
Treatment options may include a combination of chemotherapy and radiation.

I have seen people suffer from terrible illnesses and I have seen people die. Prayers offered, from one human being for another.
I’ll bet the liberals are truly butt hurt over this news,it always hurts when you lose one of your own!
I hope for the best for him, but it is REALLY past time for him to retire and let a true Conservative take his place in the senate.
He may be screwed as it is but if he had obozo care just think of the options he would have. Re the ACA death panals and in the obozo’s own terms to the elderly who are sick; just take a pill.
I’m no McCain fan. Wait, that’s too weak. I REALLY don’t like McCain at all, but I wouldn’t wish this on anyone.
Prayers for his family.
He should resign his seat since he won’t be able to serve the people of Arizona but I kinda doubt if he will.
This is an awful diagnosis and an awful disease, I would never wish it on anyone. I pray for Mr. McCain despite my personal feelings towards him.
I hope he will retire. He needs to spend what time he has left with family
Amen..
Thank you. Aside from headaches, no other pain. Just day-by-day goes, and then gone. About never getting up and walking again, that was tough. Totaly dependent on others to clean you, care for your every need. That’s hard. And that’s life. Thank God for those who care for the terminally ill. Theirs is a special place, a special calling.
Who’s the governor of Arizona?
The media who made fun of Senator McCain’s bizarre questions to James Comey Will feel bad and apologize in three, two, one
My beloved wonderful niece died of a glioblast at 50. Then my cousins husband at 42. Lost a dear friend to the same at 56. I feel your pain, but I will say, none of mine seemingly suffered. In fact, there was peace with each of them. Hope the same for your dad.
Anyone who calls 200,000 cases per year of anything “rare’ is an idiot!!
Amen.
No, I’m not. I’m not any kind of religion.
And I am honest enough not to pretend that someone is my friend when they are not.
Lost an uncle at 47 back in the 1980s to inoperable brain cancer. But uncle was talking to Jesus while doing yardwork. At least Uncle thought he was and who am I to say He wasnt there.
He has a Glioblastoma? That explains the strange questioning during the hearing.
McCain has 6-8 months. My dad died from one of these 2 years ago. Oncologist said he has treated 150 patients with this. All 150 died within 2 years or less.
Our country has suffered enough of that malignant tumor on freedom.
Actually, glioblastoma multiforme is the most common type of brain tumor.
I'll join you in that!
Correcto-Mundo! The enemy within is always more dangerous.
