Fat Algore was the best snake oil seller of the lot. He became a multimillionaire by exploiting the ignorant believers in the climate change religion. Incredibly, there is no law against that scam, because it is politically spproved.

Ozone depletion was a dry run for global warming. Who helped push it, and made money off it? The American chemical industry. The patents ran out on R12 so they need to create a need for new refrigerants that the patents had not yet run. You’ll see a new cycle of “banned” refrigerants every 17 years or so...which is how long a patent is good. But it served the interests of the statists to push the meme, because it was a dry run for economic control.
That “ozone depletion” was BS was apparent to anyone with a basic knowledge of science. Ozone is an unnatural molecule, created by the infusion of energy into O2 to create O3. Ozone naturally “decays” or reverts to O2, and if the supply of energy stops, the O3 will all revert to O2. So the Ozone Layer only exists when solar energy strikes O2 molecules in the upper atmosphere. So long as the sun shines, Ozone is continuously replenished.
Where did the “Ozone holes” exist? Over the poles. When did they exist? During that pole’s winter, the axis of the earth causes the pole to point away from the sun. When the sun didn’t shine. During the polar summer, when the pole points toward the sun, the Ozone hole disappeared.
Go figure.
A few people made money. Almost everyone else lost money. Remember the AC units in cars before the ozone scare? They blew so cold you could make ice cubes.
Today our "ozone friendly" AC units wheeze along barely keeping the cars cool. If it weren't for the fact that cars have been downsized, they'd be useless.
This new attack on our AC and refrigeration is enough to make your "blood boil". It is total, total BS. As usual it's about control, and the sadistic pleasure the climate freaks take in harming ordinary people.
This harm took a fatal turn at the Grenfell Tower fire that claimed 80 lives last month. What caused it? It was caused by the explosive and highly flammable "eco friendly" butane refrigerant the Euros are forced to use. One refrigeration unit failed and set off a chain reaction as other "eco friendly' units exploded and joined the inferno.
Not only did the refrigeration spread the fire internally, but the highly flammable "eco friendly" insulating cladding that enveloped the building went up in flames like solid gasoline.
To the climate freaks, the deaths and destruction were inconsequential on their Quiotic quest toward total control. 80 deaths you say? Hey, as Stalin said, "when you chop wood, the chips will fly."
Don’t forget, they used the ozone ‘science’ to completely and globally force companies to reformulate, repackage every propellant based product to ‘save the ozone layer’
Don’t forget how “acid rain” continually eats the paint off our cars and burns our skin every time we are caught outside without an umbrella!
And remember the panic about acid rain? That turned out to be nothing, also.
Well, don’t be so sure. World renowned little stevie hawking said we’ll see 250 degree temps and sulfuric acid raid if we don’t fix climate change now. Or at least by next week. Or something.
Those companies, at least the large ones, were all willing participants in the process.
The propaganda from that scared me half to death as a kid!
Every spray was helping to destroy the planet was the line. The early 90s was just full of similar scary stories.
