Minneapolis officer Mohamed Noor

Multiple sources have confirmed to KSTP Monday morning that the identity of the Minneapolis police officer who shot and killed a woman Saturday in southwest Minneapolis is Mohamed Noor.
Noor joined the department in March 2015 and is currently assigned to the 5th Precinct in the southwest part of the city.
A source with direct knowledge of the shooting said Monday that the woman was shot multiple times. The source said that Noor was sitting in the passenger seat at the time of the shooting.
Noor reportedly shot across his partner who was the driver of the squad at the time. The shooting occurred at 11:30 p.m. Saturday.
Never ever call the police to respond to your location.
This is murder. Unfortunately, the killer has a very high-grade protection and will probably get to sue the family of the woman he killed for islamophobia.
How often do we try to blame the victim when the victim is Black? Even when we don’t know all the facts?

The reality is that many cops are always professional.
The reality is that a small number of cops are very unprofessional.
The reality is that many cops are professional most of the time but on rare occasions slip into unprofessional conduct. Only on rare of the rare does that unprofessional conduct result in a tragic death.
We need to look at this honestly. When a victim is Natural Born citizen Black, we need to believe innocent til proven guilty just as we do when the victim is Australian.

The Minneapolis PD is rapidly going downhill under incompetent leadership from the female chief to the left wing loon mayor. A week ago a Minneapolis police officer responding to some complaint was caught on a security cam vaulting a wooden privacy fence into a back yard and then shooting two dogs. The video clearly shows the dogs were not being aggressive and were confined in a totally fenced back yard. Here was no apparent reason for the officer to vault the fence or shoot the dogs.
Still waiting for the a$$hole governor Dayton to publicly console the fiance and associated family of another shooting across racial lines by a cop. Que the crickets.

Body cameras are great so long as you turn them on. Any explanation why these were not turned on. And reading that this cop in the passenger seat shot across his partner is stunning. Not a single agency or military body would ever approve of that. Never. I guess getting this immigrant was more important for diversity appearance than actual law enforcement.
