Sessions called the collective action the "largest health care fraud takedown operation in American history" and said it indicates that some doctors, nurses and pharmacists "have chosen to violate their oaths and put greed ahead of their patients."

Now if only he’d go after politicians who abandon their oaths of office to chase after mad schemes of publicly funded weal.
HOW MANY ARE DEMOCRAT DONORS?
That would be a good starting list for any investigations into this type of activity.
Match democrat donor list to government contract awards and/or major billing records.
Government doctors and nurses would surely solve this problem.
How bout the 40 billion in cash the O’muslim treason regime sent to the terrorist mullahs in Iran?
What’s going on with that, Jeff?
“If only....” are the operative words. I don’t expect any action, but would be pleasantly surprised if there was some!
Like the “lawyers at the bottom of the ocean” joke, this is A GOOD START!!!!!
What did they do? Take down Aetna? Because that fraud is far greater and just as illegal.
Which one of obama or hillary pals that own the NARCAN they say they have to use on these drug addicts?
Probably all of them.
More importantly; how many are Muslims who donate to various "charities", which funnel money to ISIS and other terrorist organizations?
I have seen articles for a number of years that Muslim Doctors in the US are the biggest perpetrators of Medicare and Medicaid fraud. And the government knows this, but refuses to do anything because of fear that Doctors will stop taking Medicare/Medicaid patients.
1.3 Billion! Well that pays for the amount the House allocated to building the Wall next year. Go Trump.
Are you thinking of the EpiPen competitor? Senator Manchin’s (D-WV) daughter is the CEO of that company, and there’s a push to mandate that schools and everyone else buy their product. Of course, they jack up their prices at the same time.
I recently read about EMS agencies in Washington and Montana that are switching back to vials and syringes to save money. A two-pack of EpiPens is $400; the vials of epinephrine cost $2.50 each.
That will change soon and the libs will be crapping their diapers. I can wait.
Forget your < /sarc > tag, did you?
This is why I wasn’t going to rush to judgment on Jeff Sessions, like many on FR were; actually gathering evidence to pursue a prosecution takes time, and is done without a lot of noise.
I mean, think of what we’ve been hearing publicly: AG focusing on marijuana? AG focusing on bringing back D.A.R.E.? No way that was ~all~ he was working on.
And here we are.
I may sound awful but ethnic Russians are very good at this type of fraud.
.
Indians, and Pakistani’s are the biggest fraudsters in their stores, and hotels. One family let people come in and use their EBT to buy beer cigarettes etc,and the way they did it was to put down the person had bought cereal or something near the price of beer.
Cleaning house. Prosecution needs to be stiff. People have to understand that there is a price to pay when you break laws.
I hope that’s sarcasm..
Unless of course you belong to "The Club" i.e Crooked Hillary
