No one types a message specifically referencing the “Government of Russia” unless the intent either get yourself killed by Russians or to create a legal paper trail.

Obama set up this meeting to use it as probable cause for a FISA order so he could eavesdrop on the top people in Trump’s campaign.
Were the emails sent to Don Jr. the same ones that were later “unmasked?” If this was a set up, FBI could have been tipped off and voila, there was the Trump-Russian “collusion” that could be used for campaign purposes.
