A babysitter accused of molesting a 1-year-old girl was tackled, hit with a dresser, and punched several times by the child’s father before his arrest in Kansas City, Missouri, last week, according to police.
The child's relatives forgot something they left at home after leaving her with a family friend, court documents showed. When they returned home, they found Jayson Newlun, 26, with the girl in her bedroom.
After the girl’s mom caught Newlun allegedly sexually assaulting the child, she alerted the girl’s father, who then attacked him, according to investigators.

That would be true if women did not also sexually assault children. A fantasy much of America embraced until recording cameras shattered the delusion.

His attorney will cite childhood traumas and victimization of various kinds; he won’t serve time and the family may pay. The assailant (the father) will have “character issues” exposed and the scene of the assault will be made uncertain and reasonable doubt established if taken to a jury. This story - this very one - will be used to help the prosecution. This is the reality.

Another among the many common sense cultural mores we have lost since the 50s & the start of the progressive era....no male babysitters. It just went unsaid when I was growing up.

I think society at large should just assume every acquaintance is messed up until proven otherwise, especially when it comes to CARING FOR THEIR CHILDREN!
