Penny and i loaded up on the bug repellent and took a serious three mile hike in the woods on the grounds of an old fireworks factory in Hanover, MA. Very overgrown, but lots of wildlife.
I always carry plenty of water! :-0

Howdy, LUV!
*thud* You cleaned?
LOL!
Do anything that was fun? :-)
It was a crazy day with wild storms but we got through in one piece. Just my luck it hit just as I was ready to leave for the optometrist and I was late for the appointment. Had to stop for a few minutes because visibility was zero, there was so much rain.

Sorry you had bad storms, but I know you aren’t unhappy to get the rain!

Durn cleaning genes have a tendency to do that once in a while. LOL!
Keeping an eye on the radar tonight because we could get more storms shortly. There’s a nasty batch travelling I40 now that will miss us but more stuff is brewing us below it that could get us.
We got 2.5 inches in a hurry this afternoon and really don’t need more. We’re saturated.

Well darn. I’d hoped it had started cooling off a little by now. Sure makes it hard to even think about going outside for any reason. Hope you were able to solve his car problem quickly!
We’re dealing with a lot of stormy weather down here. Got slammed by a bodacious storm this afternoon and are watching the radar tonight. Might get another hit.
And tomorrow is supposed to be another stormy day.
I don’t know that I’d call any of these critters angels. LOL! But at the moment, things are pretty quiet. We’ll see how long it lasts.

Well, then I hope that one misses you and gives those that you got today a chance to soak in good.
I'm having sensory overload watching some fireworks via YouTube! Just....wow!!! ;O

The one along I-40 will miss us, no problem, and they just announced it’s starting to calm down a little. There was a tornado warning with it for a while. Still some hefty storms in that batch though.
Just have to wait and see if the other stuff holds together or falls apart before it gets here. I wouldn’t mind getting a few good lightning pix. :-)
