Twenty-four House Democrats are now backing the bill.
A Democratic congressman has introduced legislation aimed at creating a congressional oversight commission that could declare President Donald Trump incapacitated, prompting his removal from office under the 25th Amendment of the United States Constitution.
Twenty-four House Democrats support the bill, which was introduced by Rep. Jamie Raskin, D. Md., including the ranking member of the House Judiciary Committee, Rep. John Conyers, D-Mich.
Former chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee, Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla.,has co-sponsored the bill.

The Deplorables won’t take kindly to Our President being screwed with!
RATs are ensuring they lose worse in 2018 than the last election. They’ve given us plenty of great campaign ads to use against them.
Liberalism is a mental disease and these bottom feeders are proof positive of that statement.

Realistically, it has zero chance of passing the House.
They’re livid at Trump for not being a roadkill Republican and they don’t know how to deal with him.
Trump is not their real problem and they need to figure out why they keep losing elections.
This is not a winning party, however they tell themselves they’ll stage a comeback in 2018.
That’ll happen as soon as they behave like rational adults. Good luck with it.

The left will tell you the difference is that Bush ordered, and Obie did not.

Democrats Seek To Declare Trump Incapacitated And Remove Him From Office I predict this move by the Dimms is the one that will put them "out of business."
Watch and see if they don't eventually back off when they find out how detrimental this is to themselves.

The dude is totally stupid ,
by the way did his wife ever get out of prison? just wondering.

This theoretical body is allowed under the XXV Amendment, but only if created "as Congress shall by
law provide".
In order for a Bill to become law, it must be signed by the President, or passed over his veto by 290 Members of Congress and 67 Senators.
If they have the votes to do that, impeachment would be a much easier route to take.
