Democratic state officials already are refusing to cooperate with the voter fraud investigation ordered by President Trump, saying they will not hand over the extensive “voter roll data” the commission is seeking.
The response comes after Kris Kobach, the Kansas secretary of state serving as vice chair of the Presidential Advisory Commission on Election Integrity, wrote to all 50 states this week asking for their input as well as voter registration data.
“I have no intention of honoring this request. Virginia conducts fair, honest, and democratic elections, and there is no evidence of significant voter fraud in Virginia,” Virginia Democratic Gov. Terry McAuliffe countered in a statement Thursday, claiming the commission is based on the “specious and false notion

Then they should be informed that all fed funding ends and their State cannot vote in national elections because of deliberate fraud on behalf of the state government.
What have they got to hide?
I know for a fact that in California jury summons for Federal court are drawn from the list of registered voters. In California the jurors for Superior Court are drawn from DMV records. The Feds already have a list to work with! Get that list that the Federal court uses to send jury summons out.
But I thought they were all hepped up about Russian voter fraud. And didn’t Jill Stein and Hillary demand recounts!

They are guilty of harboring and protecting criminals!
Congress needs to disqualify the vote of any state that does not cooperate. Once disqualified, disqualification continues for three years after the date of full compliance.
The only reason not to cooperate is to keep fraud covered up. If there is no fraud, the investigation will shut up the people who are claiming there is extensive fraud.
Well, does the fed have authority over state voting? I don’t think so. What Trump could possibly do is require purple fingers of every federal election or primary voter to ensure a single vote. He could probably require voter ID as well.
Arrest Terry McAuliffe posthaste. Set an example that you cannot ignore the rule of law.

The Democrat Party and all its agents, representatives, officials, etc, are in rebellion against the Federal Government.
Trump should seize the requested documents by force and remove the offending officials from office, declaring their offices vacant and call for new elections.
Time to bring back the public stocks...

In other words, there was indeed vote fraud in Va.
