One By One, States Are Blocking Pences Voter Suppression Scheme
State officials from Virginia, California and Kentucky are refusing to give over voter information to Vice President Pences commission on election integrity.
President Trump signed an executive order last May creating the commission, saying that it will promote fair and honest federal elections after claiming that millions of undocumented immigrants had somehow managed to vote illegally for Hillary Clinton. No evidence for this claim has ever been offered.
The commission, led by Pence, sent letters today requesting all 50 states to supply voters names, birthdays, the last four digits of their Social Security numbers, and their voting history since 2006.
Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe (D) said in a statement that he has no intention of complying with this request, saying the commission was based on the false notion that widespread voter fraud occurred in the 2016 election.
At best this commission was set up as a pretext to validate Donald Trumps alternative election facts, and at worst is a tool to commit large-scale voter suppression, McAuliffe stated.
California Secretary of State Alex Padilla (D) also said I will not provide sensitive voter information to a commission that has already inaccurately passed judgment that millions of Californians voted illegally Californias participation would only serve to legitimize the false and already debunked claims of massive voter fraud made by the President, Vice President, and [Kansas Secretary of State Kris] Kobach.
Kentucky Secretary of State Alison Lundergan Grimes (D) also had harsh words for the commission.
The president created his election commission based on the false notion that voter fraud is a widespread issue it is not, Grimes said in a statement. Indeed, despite bipartisan objections and a lack of authority, the President has repeatedly spread the lie that three to five million illegal votes were cast in the last election. Kentucky will not aid a commission that is at best a waste of taxpayer money and at worst an attempt to legitimize voter suppression efforts across the country.

This pretty verifies that substantial voter fraud is going on in these states.
Shut off fed money until they comply.
There is going to have to be some negative consequence for their refusal. Something stronger than Pence saying he’s ‘disappointed’ with their lack of cooperation.
How can this effect them very quickly and in a fiscal way?
Well, I wonder if this has anything to do with how Mitch McCuckold keeps getting re-elected.
WHY are you posting from a leftwing hack site called “Resistance Report” anyway?
This is from Kentucky’s SOS Alison Grimes:
“This request from @POTUS’ sham “commission” should alarm every American. I will not release sensitive data about 3.2M KYans to the fed govt.”
Tom Fitton of judicial watch retweeted Grimes’ tweet
“You won’t release public records?”
They’ll just run deficits until they get another dem in the white house.
The AG needs to RICO the demoncrat party. Enough of this crap.
WHY are you posting from a leftwing hack site called Resistance Report anyway?
To show that the Left is coordinating on blocking the federal probe into voter fraud.
If these are public records why can’t Pence send someone in each of the 50 states and get them?
Curious to see how Trump replies. Congress should put some legal teeth behind this commission. Else maybe DOJ and FBI investigate voting and ask for the same data to compare and identify illegal aliens voting and people voting more than one location. Time to get some integrity in our elections.
Agreed
Something equivalent to waking up with a horse’s head under the sheets..
If terry is so confident that there was no widespread voter fraud in '16, then he should provide the data as requested. Unless, of course, he knows otherwise.
Exactly. Congress needs to pass a Federal Law requiring states to provide this information every 4 years (1 year after presidential election). In this way, they can enforce it as a federal mandate and have consequences (withholding of federal funds) for those that do not comply. Politicians that enable illegal voting are guilty of treason, in my opinion.
Virginia Gov. Terry McAuliffe (D) said in a statement that he has no intention of complying with this request.
California Secretary of State Alex Padilla (D) also said I will not provide sensitive voter information...
Kentucky will not aid a commission that
"No evidence for this claim has ever been offered." Geez, I wonder why not?
Let’s see, they bitch that no evidence has been found, then use that as the reason not to send the evidence. Got it. [morons]
Fiscal, schmiscal. Decertify electors from those states in national elections till they comply. Then the good guys don’t have to give a rat’s ass if they ever comply or not.

Better, just don’t count ANY of their votes.
Virginia's election returns especially need to be examined. In every other state I tracked, as the last votes came in the percentage for Trump increased. I suppose this is because pro-Trump rural votes take longer to get aggregated. For example, he was losing in PA, but pulled ahead at the end.
Not so in VA. In the last percentages the vote was only in to 30s for Trump. This is an indication of fake votes. At the very least, an explanation should be given as to why the pro-Trump rural VA areas were not the last counted.
This map shows that in VA, like every other state, rural counties were pro-Trump.
