Barack Obama’s latest luxurious vacation still isn’t a problem

On Monday, Andrew Malcolm penned a column here discussing former President Barack Obama’s current jaunt with his family to Indonesia. He’s taken along a number of family members and they are seeing the sights and meeting with local dignitaries (along with his Secret Service detail, of course). Andrew covers some of Obama’s early years and the ties he has to that nation and puts it all in historical perspective, but that’s not what everyone was focusing on. As Fox News reports, there’s still some growing backlash against the President, even from those on the Left, for living so high on the hog.

Dammit!! I don’t know and I don’t care who’s in the pic with BO but since I don’t know how to start my own post I have to butt in to someone elses and for that I apologize but I want the Congress to pass a bill declaring a 10 year limit on Secret Service (even though I’d love a 5 year limit). I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, the ex-presidents all have enough money to pay for their own security. This is a bee in my bonnet and I want that little booger outta there!!

I don’t care what Obozo and his family do now that they are private citizens. I’m just glad they are no longer the First Family. I wish he and she would vacation outside the USA forever, or move to Hawaii sooner rather than later. Unfortunately, they will be back in Washington, DC soon enough since his daughter’s school year will begin in a few months, and no doubt we will hear all about and from him constantly.

Maybe there’s a reason he spends so much time out of the country. Fr’instance he is in Indonesia now...no extradition from Indonesia. Maybe when things look too hot, he skips until he sees if it’s safe to return.
