It’s a fair question for jury voir dire.
Try him and execute him. He was responsible for the deaths of I believe six of his “comrades” who went looking for him. It will be a future warning to “wannabe” Berghdahls that their lives will be forfeited if they follow in his footsteps.
Yep.
Bullcrap. The ballot box is supposed to be private and protected. I'd tell the attorney that's not his damn business and I would not say, no matter who I had voted for.
I don’t agree, who we vote for is secret unless we divulge it voluntarily.
Maybe in a civilian trial...but not a court martial.
Hell no it isn’t.
Your vote is a private matter. PERIOD!
I voted for Hillary. Honest Injun....
No it isn’t. We have a secret ballot in America. A person could lose a job, etc. That is stacking the deck.
Refuse to answer.
A vote in private is our most sacrosanct right as a citizen of the republic.
It’s audacious beyond compare to be compelled to reveal for whom one voted.
Really? Because only Clinton/Bernie voters can be impartial when evaluating evidence?
On second thought, this may be a good way to speed up the trial since Clinton/Bernie voters don't even need to be shown any evidence in order to convict someone.
My first reaction was, NO.
But on further thought, no one who voted for Hillary demonstrated enough mental competence to serve on a jury.

By using the same logic, everyone on the panel is a military member, and is obligated to the Commander in Chief.
Fair question? It highlites the pink elephant in our country : liberals believe it is OK to violate any law you dont like.
They ought to fry this guy.
....Its a fair question for jury voir dire...
Is a potential juror disqualified because they have obligations to the Commander in Chief or have saluted him?
And a fair answer is: none of your damn business!
Obama knew he was trading terrorists for a traitor.
Ask the jurors if they voted for bammy.
Hmmmmm....Do you have a Law degree from “Tarjay” (Target) by any chance?
I don't agree. Questions for voir dire should be far more limited in scope. Trying to infer bias from self-reported voting on what is supposed to be a secret ballot is inappropriate.
I think it is called a SECRET ballot for a reason?
Why should my political affiliations or preferences have any thing to do with my ability to hear evidence presented in an honest and impartial manner?
My decision as a juror is based on the evidence presented during a trial, not my political leanings.
