Former Homeland Security Secretary Jeh Johnson told a congressional panel on Wednesday that there was a delay between the time the FBI first made contact with the Democratic National Committee about Russia hacking its servers and the time he was notified at the Department of Homeland Security.
Johnson blamed the emergence of a 2005 tape, in which Donald Trump brags about sexually assaulting women, for distracting the American public at the time of the warnings.
Asked why the Obama administration did not do more to warn the public about the hacking, Johnson said, "We were very concerned that we would not be perceived as taking sides in the election, injecting ourselves into a very heated campaign."

The DNC would NOT allow the FBI access to their computers. That’s why the delay. The FBI never did get access to the hacked servers of the DNC. There was to much info on the servers about the Obama assassination team working out of Chicago that did people like Seth Rich.

Question: The NSA reportedly had hacking software that could ‘spoof’ a Russian attack.
Have there been any reports of the use of that software, before or after it was leaked to the world?
Having that sitting around could be mighty tempting to those obsessed with searching for Russian witches.
Yep. Unbelievable what went on the last 8 years, and nothing has been done by the MSM to expose it. It’s the internet and new media looking but they don’t have the access that the MSM has. Tougher to dig stuff up. It’s a conspiracy.

I read that some hacker got a large collection of NSA malware and released it through the hacker equivalent of wikileaks.
