Obama NSC Move All Intelligence Unmasking Material To Obama Library To Avoid Sunlight
The Conservative Tree House ^ | June 19, 2017 | Sundance

To understand the play at stake here, and the larger scheme to keep the Obama political surveillance from the sunlight of discovery, it is important to remember the only factually known illegal activity surrounding the entire Russian Election Conspiracy is: ◾A.) the illegal leaking of intelligence reports (Comey et al), or the weaponization of intelligence for political motives; and ◾B.) the illegal unmasking of names within U.S. intelligence reports by Obama White House officials (Susan Rice and Ben Rhodes), again for political motives.

(snip) Calling it specifically what it is: this is nothing short of a strategy to hide discovery of the illegal political surveillance scheme carried out by the Obama intelligence community (Brennan, Clapper and Comey Inc.) during the 2016 presidential race.

(snip) President Obama receives his in digital form and reads it on a tablet...By 2013, Obama’s PDB was making its way to more than 30 recipients, including the president’s top strategic communications aide and speechwriter, and deputy secretaries of national security departments. (link)

This whole business of not enforcing laws and not holding people accountable is what’s behind this divided mess this Country is in.

If nobody believes in the rule of law, laws aren’t followed. Hence more violations occur by bad people no longer afraid of consequences.

If Trump wants to get us back together - or move in that direction, he absolutely must enforce the law.

If 0bama et al get away with this, there is just no telling what they’ll try next. My bet is that it would end with a lot of dead Americans.

I wonder if there will be enough room in an outhouse, designated as presidential library, to house all this crap.

No one has or will be held accountable.....for anything. I’m beginning to think the people Trump put in charge just don’t have the guts to go up against the Democrats. Looks like no one in DC does. Sad. They know it would be all out war against the Dems and just don’t have it in them.

Yeah...and I read that Obama installed all new computer systems in the White House...

So what happened to all the old ones and their internal records...

Maybe this gives a clue:

As George Webd would say..."Follow the Meta Data"

Records from the moving company

AG Sessions....wake up and pick up the phone.

Unless there are some investigations going on behind the scenes that we are unaware of, Sessions has been one huge disappointment.......................

Laws covering this retroactively can be passed and a DOJ demand for ANY material in ANY former POTUS library can be demanded.

Frankly I would prefer to BAN presidents from taking ANY working materials with them. They should be considered PUBLIC property, not theirs, and not theirs to decide what is and isn’t released.

The Library of Congress should establish separate “presidential archive” departments for each POTUS administration, and they and LAW set by Congress should dictate how access if provided. Former presidents should have NO say in it. It is not their personal property and they are no longer in authority over anything related to what they did while in office.

They should only get to take their “personal papers”, which would be letters or communications of a purely personal nature, nothing else. The materials in the Library of Congress would be available to them for any research they want to do, or have done, on the material sent there from their administration.

Every person in the US from NOW ON, when pulled in front of a judge .... ought to site the cases where LIBERALS did the same thing and were NOT prosecuted... the precedent HAS been set! Right?

Unless the Obama library, which hasn’t been built, has immunity this shouldn’t matter. Sue them for disclosure.

Penguin/Random House, a faithful and premier seller of presidential history, has announced a 60 million dollar book deal with former President Barack Obama.

Penguin/Random House editors should be aware: Mr Obama has announced official presidential documents from the Obama administration, in Mr Obama’s opinion, remain closed to the public for five years after an administration has left office.

It appears Penguin/Random House is being hampered in its studied capacity to unfold the history of Mr Obama’s presidency to book-buyers across the globe.

Republicans are in control of two branches of the government. If they really want to get to the bottom of this they could.

That we don’t hear a word about this, that we don’t see Republicans constantly bringing this up, nor do we a defense of Trump, speaks volumes of where Congressional Republican loyalties lie.

Sessions DOJ asleep. Should have a Special Counsel set up for this unmasking and a long time ago. Republicans are looking more like loosers every day. Can't understand it. Should be at least 4 or 5 Counsels working on the communists Democrats by now.
