Price?
I love retro games and indi games.
I’ve grown pretty bored with 3d graphics and sandbox type games for whatever reason.
Atari has been a “company in name only” for ages now, with absolutely nothing to show but a name. Anything new from them will be just another “tech thing”, if it ever sees the light of day.

Berzerk! was my favorite. E.T. not so much.
Intruder alert! Intruder alert!
They have been involved in making games over the years. More advanced games, just not consoles.
Atari Buys Frank Sinatra: Renames Him Frank Snatari - Headline from the ‘80’s
In 20 years? Did they still sell Atari ST platforms in late 90s?
I prefered Amiga.
