The theory: a cargo ship with a "dirty bomb" was just outside of Charleston, South Carolina.
The notion came to life during a live YouTube broadcast Wednesday evening.
During the broadcast, conspiracy theorist George Webb initially claimed a "source" had told him that there was "a dirty bomb planned for a major city." Based on the information from the "source," Webb said he believed Memphis might be the target.
The Coast Guard said in a further statement provided to CNN that the source of the threat had been detained by authorities for further questioning. The statement did not mention Webb's name, however.
But Webb, whose full name is George Webb Sweigert, was in police custody in Zanesville, Ohio, on Thursday morning.
He was, at the time, due in court, having been found in his car and suspected of being under the influence of alcohol.

I think George Webb has more credibility than the Special Counsel Mueller
It is rather interesting that the FBI knew exactly where G. Webb was in Ohio when he didn’t tell the Coast Guard where he was and he hadn’t told his viewers on Youtube where he was.
Of course the NY Times and CNN didn’t find that in the least bit interesting.

A man claiming to be George Web’s “brother” (David Swaggart) posted a video to the Web of Trust YouTube channel which explains how George was stopped and detained by police for driving under the influence following the recent Port of Charleston dirty bomb hoax which prompted the U.S. Coast Guard to search a cargo ship moored in a South Carolina port which yielded no results.

He is announcing a 100 million dollar lawsuit against the FBI since McCabe has been on his ass for months now. Seems he is getting too close to the truth and that's the last thing the fbi under McCabe wants. By the way Webb will try and get Larry Klayman to do the suit which will probably be a class action with some of his better crowdsource supporters involved as well.
ANyone who has listened to Webb's videos should know by now that you are dealing with a near genius who can put together raw data like no one else and assimilate it until he comes together with the truth. the kinda guy whose father invented the cordless phone back in the 60’s and had a patent.
As far as the jail time in the arm pit of Ohio goes Webb had been following a colleague in his own car late at night forget the reason, this guy never stops working, and decided to pull over and rest or review his notes.
Keys were out of the ignition and near the dashboard.
A policeman comes by motions for Webb to put the window dwop down and asks if he has been drinking.He had been.
Webb refuses to answer the question. He is then asked to take a field sobriety test and also declines.
Next thing he knows he spends two days in jail until Jason Goodman comes to bail him out.
Somewhere in that time frame the FBI grilled him for several hours as well.
So in Ohio if you park your car and have been drinking you can wind up in jail. But I think it's more likely if your name is George Webb Sweigert you will go to jail,Mark Jones/Tom Smith would get a warning or a parking ticket.
And he does explain to those helping with research, and gives them credit.
You will get perspective and where good summaries when he does the occasional interviews with more established talk shows like Richie Allen in the UK.
His priority is to chase leads....and man he is really on the Awan Brothers.

George had admitted to charges of ‘impaired’ which he claims is ‘one step below’ DUI. Here’s Jason’s tape of the CNN reporter call-in, and George recorded saying it was ‘impairment’.

I believe it was the ‘take two’ video of Jason’s where George states he refused the breathilyzer.
I’m not sure of the rules in Ohio, but anyone refusing a field breathalyzer (as George claims he did) is automatically deemed DUI in Calif, and lose their license for a year (not sure about fines).
