I don't know anything about the guy; he seems to like rabbit holes and twisted logic and is very figity. Did see a video by his brother, Acton, where the brother claims that George is suffering from mental issues (schizophrenic?).

Here's what intellihub has to say re: DWI:

A man claiming to be George Web’s “brother” (David Swaggart) posted a video to the Web of Trust YouTube channel which explains how George was stopped and detained by police for driving under the influence following the recent Port of Charleston dirty bomb hoax which prompted the U.S. Coast Guard to search a cargo ship moored in a South Carolina port which yielded no results.
