Journo Says ‘Violent Resistance’ Should Be More Organized Than Baseball Shooting
The Daily Caller ^ | 06/14/2017 | Rachel Stoltzfoos

A Huffington Post writer appeared to criticize the baseball shooter for poor planning Wednesday, saying “violent resistance” has to be more organized to “work.”

“For violent resistance to work it’d need to be organized,” writer Jesse Benn tweeted. “Individual acts can be understandable, but likely counterproductive/ineffective.”

The only mistake was in having only one person shooting, but maybe having multiple shooters would be too obvious. I am not convinced that he was a lone wolf. He tried to commit a mass murder of republicans in one of the few locations and times where republicans would be gathered without much security. That takes planning from people in the area. He was in the area for two months, who was he staying with?

If he had been successful, the republicans could not have passed legislation for a few months while holding elections for the empty seats.

How the hell are they not the KKK reborn!

The KKK was started by Radical Democrats after they lost to attack Republicans (not Blacks)

A Radical Democrats killed the first Republican President and its seem the Radical Democrats are out to finish the job

If the guy was 20 or so years younger and played a lot of first person shooters (FPS’s) he probably would have killed many of the people there. FPS’s don’t make you inclined to shoot people but they are spectacular for training one to evaluate, select and engage targets rapidly on the fly. If you go back through the major events you’ll see the occasional guy like this who rips off many rounds with few if any hits/kills while younger FPS players rack up hits with sometimes uncanny accuracy and ammo expenditure levels.

I’m just thankful he wasn’t that good and that the armed security for Scalise was there.

I wonder what his definition of violent resistance “working” is. Is it a pogrom where conservatives are silenced, forced underground, or exterminated?

The reality is that most of us have no way to organize, and lack a complicit social media that reports agitation by conservatives to the FBI on one hand, and provides a layer of obfuscation into Antifa’s activities with the other.

Even FR, where I feel relatively safe posting my thoughts on the matter incitements to react are disallowed.

I am torn between the desire to avoid conflict entirely, and nipping it in the bud. I don’t think we’ll have a crystallizing moment where we finally say “enough is enough” and take back our Republic, and I don’t see political discourse taking us there ever.

I hope I’m wrong, but there is just no vehicle to organize around that ideal at the moment.

Is he on his way to a necktie party?

As the guest of honor?

“Surprised he didn’t tweet “All Power to the Soviets!”
Make no mistake, these people see the proper place for conservatives in the gulag or the grave.”

Absolutely correct. They are no longer our “friends” from across the aisle. They are mortal enemies.

Don’t remove the poor quality fruit expecting an improvement of the vineyard—observe the whole vine and determine the lay of the roots. Decisive pruning will reduce the offensive vine’s potential to corrupt the garden; however, one must always find the root of the issue, no matter how well obscured, which must be removed for new growth to prosper.

What do these words mean - ““For violent resistance to work it’d need to be organized,”? Work in what way? What do you get from this? War? Hatred?

You do that, Jesse.

We'll start adding counts of conspiracy to the charges.
