New Yorkers should prepare for a loud, smelly summer. As of Tuesday, scofflaws who commit certain quality-of-life violations — including urinating, boozing or blasting loud music in public — will get little more than a slap on the wrist.

I live only 100 miles away from San Francisco. My wife and I have not gone there in 15 years other than to catch flights out of SFO. The last time we went there as tourists the smell of urine was everywhere. Very nauseating.

Another good reasons is there are not enough bathrooms in the public transportation system and Pennsylvania Station.
What’s more the bathrooms are small and over used. It’s a ridiculous situation.
