A sickening display of wilful and intentional subversion of United States security . These pukes do not deserve to be in office , they deserve to be in labor camps on the southern border ,doing hard labor build THE WALL .
Disgusting Pharisees , one & all

Wow was that painful.

And we elect these people, only one stood out and attacked this matter for what it is, a witchhunt, and that was Tom Cotton. If the others intended to produce the most stultifying exhibition possible they succeeded.

Sessions responded to Cotton’s outrage with what passes for outrage for him.

McCain is just painful to watch. Sessions tried to help him out by saying nice things about him. I hope the Governor of Arizona is a Republican.

I call Sessions the mouse that roars. His testimony supports it.

You can tell his experience far exceeds Comey's both in legal and ethical matters.

Being the last one out of the room is not lingering...

And Sessions had to tell him....why are you telling me....go to your boss.

But Comey NEVER mentioned the "items" of the conversations.

Sessions was very careful not to go after him for leaking....but totally charged ahead with the Hillary sh** Comey pulled.

And I think Sessions made it clear that Obama had wrongly directed our efforts at blocking cyber warfare. And Hillary was the sparkling example of his laxness or cowardliness.

It has become evident since the election that after over two hundred years of success, through war and peace, our two party system of government has finally failed, and the question now is what will replace it?

We can’t continue for long without a functional government.

Mark Warner and Kamela Harris: The Democrat A** Team
They obviously thought they were auditioning for a reality show featuring fast talking nitwits who didn’t want to hear the answers.

Watched the entire thing and came away with one thought and that is WHY are our elected officials on both sides of the aisle participating in this unicorn fart of a farce??? The republicans really need to grow a set and go after Hillary Clinton, Eric Holder and Obama. That would be a REAL investigation into well known and documented corruption on so many levels.

I listened to it on my way home from work. When the woman from Kalifornia was questioning him it reminded me of the McCarthy days.

This Senate hearing is all kabuki theater.

The senators do their best to grandstand for the cameras and to their base constituents.

The witness do their best to tell only as much as required but not enough to reveal any new information.

In the meantime, the Senate can't get their act together to pass a new healthcare bill.

Exhibit A of what a waste of time these partisans hearings are.

As far as I’m concerned, ok, Sessions did what he “had” to do.

Now AG Keff...get up, walk out, and as you’re leaving, announce “Oh, and by the way, we’re opening a real investigation into the death of that young DNC staffer, Seth Rich, along with coinciding investigations into how much classified material HIllary illegally passed to Huma and Anthony Weiner, and former AG Lynch’s collusion/criminal conspiracy with former FBI director Comey to overlook felony mishanlding of classified data - which most likely led to a breach by foreign intelligence agencies - committed by the losing democrat presidential candidate. And we’ll also be looking at any Republican who aided and abetted them in these actions... Ya’ll have a nice day, now, heah?”

In a perfect world, that would happen... But I’ve pretty much given up on that perfect world scenario.

They’re all assh*les, playing assh*le games, while our Country burns, because it doesn’t affect them.

They pass laws that screw the living crap out of us, and laugh when we complain.

We force our will through an election - which they tried to hijack - and give us the bird right to our faces with this Kabuki theater crap.

There’s pretty much only one option left, as I can see it. And we all know what it is.

And it ain’t pretty.

All of this is just dress rehearsal.

this hearing is ridiculous. Still no idea why Sessions thought this would be a good reason. I’m only up to Dianne Feinstein and she is grilling Session over what he knew and when he knew it about the firing of Comey. What the hell does that have to do with the price of milk in China? Isn’t this supposed to be about Russia hacking???

He did not, however, recuse himself from defending himself against false allegations.

How dare he defend himself! This writer is clearly a dolt, and she writes on the level of a 5th grader.

I watched the whole thing...Our A.G. Sessions was great, a quite, little Southern Gentleman until you make him mad, then watch out... He's been quite, but don't kid yourself, he's been busy, A.G. and President Trump are going to let this whole thing play out and then watch out...one warning today from Sessions: "those that leaked are going to wished they hadn't" tell me this man has no spine and your a wishy washy hyprocrite...

“...There was a clear view of mine and Rosenstein that we had problems” at the FBI and it was his best judgment that a “fresh start” was the appropriate thing to do.

Comey had proved himself unfit for the job, Sessions said, because when he denied prosecution of Hillary Clinton after the email probe, that was a “usurpation of authority...”

I KNEW IT !!

...and I called it. That, Ladies and Gentlemen is the real reason Comey was FIRED.... probably also why it explains the media doesn't really want to talk about his testimony today.

Comey had proved himself unfit for the job, Sessions said, because when he denied prosecution of Hillary Clinton after the email probe, that was a “usurpation of authority.”

The FBI, he noted, doesn’t decide prosecution policies.

...

Exactly, but my suspicions are that he was directed to do so. I hope the truth about that comes out.
