All the suspects arrested over last month's Manchester concert bombing have been released without charge, British police said Sunday, acknowledging that detectives are still not sure whether the attacker had accomplices.

They could have released some in order to track them but my faith in British authorities had declined to the point that I think they are purposely incompetent.
I know they have smart people and if they wanted to they could have nearly all of them in jail or deported.

But many kids were killed and England has given up.
75 years ago they took so many beatings and kept fighting back.
Now they surrender as easily as the French.
If the Brits had this attitude in the past they would be speaking French,Spanish, German Etc.

The killers were released prior to d_day.
No reason to expect associates to be considered a potential threat.
