Rep. Jackie Speier, a California Democrat, showed a lack of knowledge about the presidency, the executive branch, and the FBI’s position within the federal government.

As part of orientation for new Congressmen/Senators, there should be a class in civics to educate them about the 3 co-equal branches of government, which is which, and a deep study of American history and the Constitution.
