James Comey, the former FBI director who was fired by President Trump last month, is expected to tell a Senate committee that the president asked him to back off the investigation into Mike Flynn, a source told The Wall Street Journal on Wednesday.
The report said Comey could testify as early as next week.

They don’t look that happy. I guess there’s not going to be an impeachment of the president in their immediate future.
I just listened to Fox radio news. They are spinning it no differently than the rest of the media, playing Comey's whining about the unfair attack on FBI agents.
They didn’t even get a lump of West Virginia Coal!
I sure don’t give a flying rat’s rearend about the hearing. Another huge waste of US Taxpayers’ monies.

We're supposed to believe that Comey found no intent when Hillary Clinton bypassed the State Department document management with her own private server to hide Clinton Foundation dealings, but that Comey found nothing BUT intent when Donald Trump asked Comey to give Flynn a break after he was fired for misleading the Vice-President after giving decades of service to the country?

RE: Russian "collusion"
Andrew McCarthy said yesterday on Mark Levin's radio show that if Jared Kushner was being investigated for trying to establish a "back channel" to the Russians, then wouldn't that be proof that there wasn't any collusion during the campaign? If there was collusion during the campaign, wouldn't those "back channels" already be up and running now?
