The travesty of justice in Idaho is now complete. In the summer of 2016, a 5-year-old girl was orally and anally raped and urinated upon by three Muslim migrant boys in Twin Falls, Idaho. Since then, instead of getting justice, the victim’s family has been abused by law enforcement and governing authorities as if they were the criminals – because what happened to their little girl contradicts the politically correct narrative about Muslim migrants. On Tuesday, the perpetrators were sentenced, and the final injustice was done to this poor girl.
The injustice began in the proceedings at the Snake River Juvenile Detention Center in Twin Falls when Judge Thomas Borreson of Idaho’s 5th Judicial District ordered the little victim’s parents to say nothing to anyone – ever – about what was said in the courtroom Tuesday, or to disclose the sentence that he gave to the savage attackers. He did allow them to say that they were unhappy with the sentencing, but threatened to jail them for contempt of court if they disclosed why they were unhappy with it.
But even though the victim’s parents were not allowed to talk to me, there were twelve to fifteen people in the courtroom who saw and heard the whole sorry business. I was nevertheless informed of what happened by an anonymous source inside the courtroom – and the more I heard, the more I understood why this judge wanted to keep all the proceedings secret.
From the beginning to the end, for Idaho officials this case was about one thing, and one thing: not justice for this poor little girl who was brutalized and abused, but about making sure that Americans don’t start to realize what is happening and oppose the Muslim migrant influx. This will not end well for the judge. Appearances will be maintained for a while in order to maintain the impression of judicial superiority, but they will eat him alive behind closed doors. Big money was paid. Had to be.

Everyone gets one of your points in the exchange yesterday while you tried to defend the secrecy of the ruling as it had minors involved. By clouding the issue with the court rules on minors, you absolved the issue at the center of the discussion. Now we are seeing even those who were in the courtroom were so repulsed to have found ways of letting us know what this “Judge” and his/her willing accomplice of the prosecutor actually did.
Do you know this is all to coverup the fact that this is all over protecting some yogurt company that selectively hires Muslim refugees at bottom rates as compared to indentured servants? Where are all of the SJW’s whining about their $15/hr?

You are too busy examining a tree to miss the overall forest.
Its OK to be outraged at what happened. But, just as happens in adult cases the legal system does not (or should not) pick and choose when to follow a law.
Your concern is with the punishment, which I get. I guess you could wait outside the Juvi hall and shoot them when they get out.

It would be hard to imagine -unless there are more facts we are not privy to- enough people rising up in outrage to not have the judge removed. If there is a gofundme effort, I will contribute. I’m not a legal expert...was there no jury?
Is that “judge” a man or a woman? Looks like a dyke to me.
The judge needs to be recalled....if that was my daughter, those Muslims would be fed to pigs.
I will be honest that I am completely angry and baffled by this case. I have never heard of people being silenced. Is there a conservative legal group that will be perusing this? Why would any judge not want to see justice for this little victim? Why would the prosecutor seemingly be attacking the family? Nothing makes sense here.
I always assumed Idaho was a pretty conservative state.
