Anyone know why in the world ALL REPUBLICAN Congressmen in IL House voted for this yesterday??? I called and was told my “rep” said “it was a ‘good” bill”

Anyone know why in the world a REPUBLICAN governor (even a RINO) would sign this?!?!

As I recall only 1 GOP State Senator voted against in-state tuition for “Dreamers”.

Last year when this passed it was also overwhelming, beyond veto override level in the House and 50-7 in the Senate but Rauner flexed some muscle and got the House to fail to override.

And I guess they fixed whatever minor problems Rauner had with it. 115-0 in the House, damn.
