Rush Limbaugh follows up on his suggestion to stop watching the news and how doing so has improved his mood.
"I don’t know how many of you have taken up my suggestion. It was not a command. It was not an order. It was a suggestion. Just turn off the news, ’cause there isn’t any news anymore, just turn it off. I have going on now 10 days, you know, two five day weeks," Limbaugh said before he dove into his monologue.
Not the Democrats, folks. Who was the first to tell you…? Remember how revolutionary an idea you thought it was? Who was the first to tell you that Democrat Party’s an afterthought now? Electorally, it hardly exists. They keep losing elections. But they’re not running the left anymore. The media is. That’s the engine, the fuel and the engine. They’re the ones mounting this hit squad, not the Democrats. The Democrats are just along for the ride.

Absolutely. The liberals took the election for granted. That, plus the fact that hillery is a drunk, and couldn't make reasonable appearances because she's a drunk, to some extent gave us a victory.
I don't think the RATS will make those mistakes next time.
President Trump took the country by surprise. You can normally only use the element of surprise once.
I watch Lou Dobbs when I need a good Trump fix. I also watch Kennedy if anything big happens, I think she is mildly funny...and there is a lot of leg on that show.

This was the Flight 93 election. ‘Nuff said. Trump had his flaws, but to sit back and let Hillary win would be tantamount to not charging the cockpit in Flight 93. I wish we had repealed the DREAMer BS by now and that the defense spending increase were much bigger, but Trump is Trump and at the end of the day he’s fighting for us. We gotta stand by him.
If Trump goes down like Nixon did, he’ll still be better than Hillary. We’ll at least have stopped the advance of the proggie agenda for 4 years.

But, why doesn’t Rush promote FR and OANN, too? Now would be a good time to do so.
I have some hope that the media will go bankrupt.
Changing the schools is going to require a full-frontal assault.
I don’t watch TV, period. No news, no ‘reality’ shows, nothing.
My news comes primarily from FR. I listen to talk radio in my truck and visit a few blogs on the Internet.
By doing this I stay up to date on important things. For example, ‘Russia,’ ‘Jared Kushner,’ ‘collusion,’ and ‘the left’s latest “in” thing (right now, Kathy Griffin (who?))’ are NOT things I consider important. None of these things are going to affect me or my freedoms.
When I do find something interesting to read, I close the tab on my browser at the first instance of unsourced info. IMHO, unsourced ‘news’ should not be posted on FR. But that’s just me.
About two or three months ago, some kind of tipping point was reached on youtube. There are literally dozens of Fox News streams now - stay with me - and YES, I have even seen OAN streaming on youtube of late.

I understand. Oftentimes we see a lot of complaints from FReepers upset at Fake News being posted or liberal garbage items (Kathy Griffin for instance) being posted.
But unless we realize what the left is doing, then we can’t really laugh or demean or counter attack them as they need to be.

You misunderstand my comment. I put “neutral” in quotes to indicate Rush merely claimed he was neutral throughout the primary when in fact it was obvious to many of us that he was strongly supporting Cruz and was not being neutral at all. Just being ironic or sarcastic about how Rush handled himself during the primary. Now he acts like he was on the Trump train from the very beginning. No way!!
