CrowdStrike is the company (headed by a Ukrainian national) that inspected the DNC servers. No member of law enforcement (FBI etc) was allowed to inspect the servers. Instead, CrowdStrike prepared a report that's been the sole basis for the "Russians hacked the DNC" story.
In this exchange, reference is made to Panda. We now know that "Panda" was a frequent nickname of Seth Rich. He would cheer up co-workers dressing as a Panda. He used "Panda" in several email accounts (Pandas4Progress was one of many).
Dmitri Alperovitch was born in Russia and emigrated to the United States with his family.
That doesn’t invalidate your premise that he dislikes the current Russian government, but he’s not Ukrainian.

If “bear” indicates Russia, panda would indicate Chinese.
Headline prepared in case Seth Rich’s murder is about to be solved:
“Unidentified Senior Official: Seth Rich was a Russian Agent”

Fancy Bear. Cozy Bear.
But this tweet references Panda - who we now know was Seth Rich.
Can the Special Prosecutor subpoena the DNC servers? Will he? Do they still exist? I doubt it.
Why are no ‘ leading Republicans’ questioning the legitimacy of the CrowdStrike report? We just hear ‘17 intelligence agencies agree.’
That’s the entire basis of the “Russians hacked the election” conspiracy theory.
If Seth was the real source of the leaks think of the implications:
1. It blows away the media narrative that the Russians did it;
2. It calls into question every politician and intelligence agency head that agreed to go along with the lie; and
3. It creates a serious motive for DNC operatives to murder Seth Rich as well as HRC’s team in what could be the largest scandal in American political history.
Stakes high?
You bet!
This fact alone taints the entire investigation. Since when does the FBI outsource a criminal investigation to someone paid by one of the parties being investigated.
Exactly!
Hannity just ASKED QUESTIONS and he lost sponsors and might get fired from his job.
The Deep State / globalists want us at odds with the Russians. And remember when they laughed at, “The 1980s called and want their politics back” a few years ago?
See my post #25 for a summary of what’s at stake here.
The coincidences in all this is all just too coincidental. The circumstantial evidence that Seth Rich was the leaker outweighs the evidence of a Trump/Russian connection by about a 100 to 1. Yet the msm will not even look at it?
Outsource a criminal investigation, which could implicate members of the DNC.
Implicate them in a fraudulent scheme to rig a federal election (the primary).
Implicate them in a murder of the head of their IT department, Seth “Panda” Rich.
Does this mean that the FBI,a professional Federal investigative organization, credits Twitter as a viable news source (?)
but the mainstream media does not accept it as a credible news source ?
Later we can debate and determine if it is a Russian source, or reference to a contributor screename.
I was thinking more Hogan’s Heroes.
Thanks for that note.
Yes, he’s no fan of Putin.
But doing a favor for Hillary - whom everyone believed would be the next POTUS - was likely the bigger motivation. He’d do exactly what he was told to do. Here, it was blame the Russians and hide the fact they had a leaker.
There’s also a report out that the CIA could mimic foreign national hackers (Russia, China, Iran, etc.) to throw forensic computer folks off the trail.
In fact, the finding of Russian alphabet software would make it LESS likely that Russia did the hacking as they’d surely show more expertise than that. It’s like a master thief leaving behind fingerprints. Doesn’t happen.
Comey’s testimony verifies that now LEO actually laid hands on the DNC server or conducted any forensic examination.
Instead, a 3rd party hired by the DNC to do its bidding, CrwodStrike, wrote a report that ‘17 intelligence agencies’ and both Democrats and Republicans are taking as the gospel that the “Russians hacked the DNC.”
In fact, I saw a Fox contributor (supposed conservative) get irate with Hannity and accuse him of “siding with the Russians” for calling this so-called established fact into question, “Are you questioning the truthfulness of our men and women at the intelligence agencies who put their lives on the line for this country?”
Has anyone in Congress said this CrowdStrike report needs to be verified by, say, the F.B.I.? I have yet to hear one voice raise that issue.

At best, it is 'third-hand hearsay', by the supposedly best investigative body in the world.
Go figure why some refer to Washington D.C. as a "SWAMP !"
when in fact it is a scum pond of parasites.
That reads as if Panda is someone or something else.
