MSNBC terrorism analyst Malcolm Nance reacted on “AM Joy” to the report that President Donald Trump’s son-in-law Jared Kushner is a focus of the investigation into possible Russian interference with the 2016 election.
Although Nance admitted that it is not known if the Russians “penetrated” the White House, he said we have to assume they have.
“We should be taking this seriously,” Nance told host Joy Reid. “It sounds amusing when we’re talking on the panel, but I feel that we’re standing to danger right now with this situation. Everyone needs clearances pulled in that office right now. We do not know if the Russians have penetrated the oval office and we have to assume that they have because right now the Russians could have flooded the zone from December 1st until now, trying to pick up on all of the other people in the office who may have worked with Jared Kushner who may be amenable to recruitment.”

Somewhere in my dusty brain, I recall a similar comment from the Democrats regarding another wild goose chase against the Republicans. Want to say it was one of those late-80s witch hunts against Ronald Reagan, but don’t hold me to it. Something along the lines of:
“The fact that we can’t find anything there means there must be something there”

Fake news is profitable.
The New York Times hit piece on the Comey memo earned the paper its most concurrent readers per second. Pretty good for a piece about a piece of paper that the leftist paper had never even seen and which was, supposedly, described to it by one of Comey’s associates.
But that didn’t stop it from racking up over 6 million views.
Media fake news isn’t just an agenda. It’s enormously profitable. Hit pieces powered by anonymous sources bring in over 100,000 readers in an age when live is king. For individual reporters, finding a source, real or fake, that can back up the left’s Trump conspiracy theories can put them on the map.

MSNBC terrorism analyst Malcolm Nance posted a call on Twitter Tuesday for the terrorist group ISIS to bomb a Trump building in Turkey. Nance has since deleted the tweet, which was first reported on by the Washington Free Beacon. Nance’s statement read, “This is my nominee for first ISIS suicide bombing of a Trump property” and referenced a tweet that featured a photo of Trump Tower in Istanbul, Turkey that accused President Donald Trump of using U.S. foreign policy to enrich himself.
