In law, sua sponte (Latin: “of his, her, its or their own accord”) or suo motu “on its own motion” describes an act of authority taken without formal prompting from another party. The term is usually applied to actions by a judge taken without a prior motion or request from the parties.
There is a precision and clarity to that letter that makes it delightful to read. A similar cleansing wind needs to blow through the IRS, and soon. Let the guilty tremble.

So, when Comey coughed up his non-indictment indictment, I was actually relieved. It was going to be the Hildebeest vs the Donald, and the Hildebeest was going to lose!
In the event, she did lose, albeit not by as comfortable a margin as I had hoped.

There is real substance in this letter that the media will ignore in their effort to Nixonize Trump’s effort to establish honor with the FBI.
But, the problem for those in the media and for the Democrats is that Comey's twisting of the law, of FBI standing principles, and of legal procedure was so twisted and corrupt that it cannot be defended. To do so is laughable.
Now that the outrageous behavior and actions of Comey to cover up for Hillary last July and AGAIN last October is being thrown back in the media's face, in Comey's face, and in the Democrat's face - they don't like it one bit.

Former FBI Director James Comey was NOT wrongly discharged by President Trump IF he was following the recommendations of both the Attorney General and the Deputy Attorney General AND if Comey gave the appearance of engaging in obstruction(s) of justice.
