Because yesterday he went in front of a congressional committee and said Huma Weiner sent thousands of classified emails to her husbands computer. He accidently told the truth.
Of course, no charges are coming down on Huma. Then today the FBI had to “correct” his accidently honest testimony.
So that’s why now. Trump waited for the moron to be a moron in public, then the axe fell. Simple as that. And he’s fired people before. It’s fun for him.
I guess Trump was keeping his friends close but his enemies closer until he could take the right action? Comey = Hyman Roth.

I had wondered if he didn’t keep Comey around for a reason.
I’d sure like to know what it was. Perhaps he was waiting for him to bury himself.
What I’m curious about is, what is just over the horizon for Comey? I’m thinking it might not be very positive.
Comey, Clintons (B)(H)(C), Rice... others?
I’d love to know what Sessions has been working on.
