Howdy, Kathy.
Did your mom heed your warning last night and allow you to sleep through? No fire dept. required, I hope!

It’s been raining non stop for a week. Flooding in many areas.
They even say snow in higher elevations tomorrow.
I worked but went out to dinner with the Mrs and friends.
Have a Blessed Sunday Kathy!

Pixie and the girls doing well? Do they open their eyes next week?
How is Pixie’s roommate doing with the new residents? Any other cats interested?

Howdy, radu! Did ya have a good day today? Kitties all ok? Weather better today?
Mine was good. Pretty day. I didn’t get out much. Hubby mowed and I’m allergic to grass. *ah-CHOO*!

Well, let’s see if I can do this this time without the power blipping and turning the computer off. GRRRR! Been happening too often lately.
Yes, Pixie and the girls are doing fine. The girls are growing like little weeds and plumping up. They’re going to be lil butterballs soon. Their eyes should start opening by next weekend.
Ellie doesn’t mind Pixie being in the room at all. They’ve become friends. Ellie doesn’t pay any attention to the kittens now but once they’re old enough to be out of the box, that will be a different story. They’ll probably freak her out.
The other cats don’t even know they exist. They’ll meet through the screen door when the kittens are out of the box. That door is latched to keep everyone out of that room.

I got up once with her about 2:30a, then slept til 8:30a.
If she is to be believed, she got up about 5:30a by herself. I have spent probably 2 hours spread out over the day TELLING her that under NO CIRCUMSTANCES is she to get out of bed without me standing there. I will let her do it herself, BUT I HAVE TO BE THERE! I’m not sure I’ve gotten thru yet. I’m thinking about a motion detector that bongs in my room.
I can’t seem to get thru to her that she has fallen 3 times in the last 2 weeks and always doing the same thing as now.

Howdy, LUV!
Dang the luck! A pretty day messed up by mowing. Sounds like we do the same thing when our hubbies mow - - stay inside! LOL
Pretty quiet day here. Made a run to the store this afternoon and did a few things around the house. Chilly today but not as cool as yesterday. Had a line of rain come through late in the afternoon and that’s it for rain until Thursday.
Kitties are fine tonight. It’s actually quiet in here for a change! Haven’t brought Shags inside yet but will soon. It’s supposed to dip into the upper 30s before morning. BRRRRR!!

WOOHOO!! You got some sleep! That’s a start - - lotta catching up to do yet.
A motion detector isn’t a bad idea. Hubby’s cousin next door had to do that with his mom, who went through pretty much what your mom’s going through. And he went through what you’re going through - - not able to get through to her.
But Monday’s almost here and you’ll get a break at last. Long deserved.
