I think we are in the THIRD civil war. The second civil war was a stealth war in the 60's. While leftist thugs like the Black Panthers, SDS, Weather Underground and SLA were fighting in the streets other Leftist front groups were infiltrating the government, media, education, and the judicial system.
The fact that we have millions of illegal immigrants flouting the law in sanctuary cities and a hack judge in Hawaii can sabotage a presidential order to vet terrorists shows how much progress they have made.

It would create many more than it would fix.

But it would never succeed in the first place.

The precedent has already been set. If a State attempts to secede, it will be militarily conquered, a military government put in place for a decade, those who promoted secession not allowed to hold office, their votes not counted.

This would be followed by putting through Constitutional Amendments to solve the original problem...

Hmmm... Maybe a #Calexit *attempt* would solve a lot of problems...
