North Korea said on Sunday it is ready to sink the USS Carl Vinson aircraft carrier to demonstrate its military might, as two Japanese navy ships joined a U.S. carrier group for exercises in the western Pacific. The United States has not specified where the carrier strike group is as it approaches the area. U.S. Vice President Mike Pence said on Saturday it would arrive “within days” but gave no other details.
There is speculation the United States may launch a preemptive on North Korea. In other words, North Korea will not be allowed to touch the nuclear trigger. The US now has one of its big guns within 300 miles from NK missile test site. The days of shallow earthquakes are over. The stage is set by North Korea and the United States at this time.
Tensions have been heightened between the US and the isolationist state ahead of North Korea’s 85th anniversary of the foundation of its Korean People’s Army, which it will celebrate on Tuesday. It has in the past marked important anniversaries with tests of its weapons. No doubt, the US is not only facing North Korea’s provocative 85th anniversary, but now NK has threatened the USS Carl Vinson.

North Korea sure is adept at making foolish, bombastic threats against its Southern neighbor, not to mention the United States itself.
Hopefully, North Korea's stupidity will remain within limits which ensure that the area defined by its natural boundaries isn't turned into a rather extensive grease spot...

The Norks have got a big week ahead.
Earlier this week they said that they were going to attack the US mainland and leave nothing but ashes, later in the week they announced a possible attack on Austrailia-leaving nothing but ashes again I believe. And now, they're going to wipe out the Carl Vinson strikegroup.
