Well CNN in this Youtube vid seems to be correct here, Trump said one thing on the campaign trail and now is doing another.
Yes, it is amazing that CNN is finally covering presidential vacation costs.
But two important distinctions, Trump is actually visiting his real home from his temporary White House residence. The 2nd is that if Trump were not president he could still do the same thing.
One point I would like CNN to answer is how much is Trump charging the GVT (e.g., Secret Service) to stay at Mar A Largo?

Answer:
Something that was revealed during the last Presidency about the WH few seem to know much about. The POSTUS put off security renovations until he left the WH. It was thought to be Trump would not be able to stay in the WH during the first year of his Presidency. The trips to Mar A Largo are due to these security renovations. Having him in the WH at all is impressive given the WH has construction going on. 171 posted on 4/16/2017, 10:10:52 AM by zaxtres
“Obummer cant bug Mar-A-Lago.”
If there are VOIP devices it can be “bugged”.
That's it!
They're just upset that when President Trump is in Mar-A-Lago they can't get up to the minute leaks
from the Obamabots in the FBI, CIA and NSA of everything he says and does.
Have u ever said something that u didnt follow through on?
You said it so well! Your post should be read by all the hysterics who are posting on FR. Last night was a sewer here.
So you think anti-Semitism is at the bottom of the Kushner hatred? Interesting!
What??? Was the meeting with the Chinese Premier and his wife a "vacation"? etc President Trump's "vacations" have perhaps except for this weekend involved more meetings and presidential matters than Obama ever dreamed of doing in a short period of time, even when he was in the WH.
Did *45* get his food service/health dept. problems straightened out? Sounds like Chipolte was the vendor.
You go *45* ... you’re living rent free in all those radical alt-left-heads. Keep it up! God Bless.
Lately I’ve been getting into billiards, and I’m retired.
He goes to his own house and his own golf course, eats his own food, sleeps in his own bed. He’d use his own plane but the government wont let him. It’s the weekend, you’ve heard of that before? Outed my a$$.
Seriously, what would it cost to do Camp David weekends? If there’s an incremental cost between that and Palm Beach netted out for the govt investment in food, lodging, housekeeping, security etc. for Camp David, that’s what it truly costs. It can’t be very much since the Camp David crew shouldn’t be any more than someone to cut the grass.
Good point.
...how much was Odungos African trip with
Invited “guests”....extra planes?
Oh, the angst, oh the outrage, oh the usual and customary CNN Bullshit and fake news. How anybody with an ounce of brains pays attention to these clowns is really unbelievable.
I NEVER watch CNN at home, feels like I’m in a airport waiting for a plane. However I caught part of a segment on Obama’s “CBS Orifice and Outlet” which was “pricing” the government cost of Trumps’ trip(s) to somewhere or other. Don’t recall any ABCBSNBCNN Consortium reports on Obama’s.
I bet after the dust settles and folks have been dealt with properly, we will learn that Trump planted certain information within certain locations throughout the WhiteHouse to watch for when it surfaced.
So easy to do, Just get Pence or Bannon in on the secret, then speak a couple of Doozys out loud. When they are later leaked, then Trump can know he is being bugged.
Since Obama had a long track record of prying into hidden information for intel purposes and releasing same to damage opponents, He could have had Brennan install the best that the CIA used, possibly some types that the Secret Service could not detect.
Time will tell.
And Trump did not advertise ahead of time his intention to use Mar-a-lago this much. For me, it is a class act, to incorporate a posh residence into this service to the nation.
My theory is the MenSeekingMen is trying to act ‘sane’ while the Kansas and Georgia elections are decided. The second GA-6 race is called, it’ll be back to the daily full-court assault we’ve enjoyed a small break from. Hence BS stories like this, they have to keep up some sort of attack for appearances.
But not on the government dime.

It's not a matter of Trump charging the Secret Service for space at Mar A Largo or Trump Tower or anywhere. It's not up to him. Legally the Secret Service has to pay rent for space used when guarding a president or former president. Trump cannot say, "Use it for free."
This story will be a new talking point for the libs. In a way I can understand why it’s posted here. Get all of us ready to be able to dispute it. We all know it’s crap.
And you deserve it. I read your bio and you are no troll, but siding with cnn will get you stomped, even on Easter Sunday.
I could care less about any opinion that comes from cnn, so I am agnostic on this thread, so
Happy Easter, He is Risen, Rejoice.
Don't forget the scam the Clintons pulled with taxpayers and the Secret Service at their multi-million dollar Chappaqua, NY estate.
The Secret Service needed a place to house the agents guarding the Clintons.
So Bill and Hillary allowed them to build a second home on the Clinton property.
It is now used to house Secret Sevice agents but it is a building that the Clintons will own.
Yet the Secret Service (really we, the taxpayer) must now pay rent to the Clintons for allowing the Secret Service to house agents on the Clinton estate.
And what a surprise!
The amount of rent just happens to be the same amount as the Clinton's monthly mortgage payment for the entire estate!
So basically they have scammed the government into paying the mortgage on their multi-million estate with taxpayer money.
Could there possibly be two slimier bastards in all of America?
