U.S. Defense Secretary Jim Mattis will visit Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Israel, Qatar and Djibouti starting on Tuesday, the Pentagon said in a statement on Friday.
It said Mattis would "reaffirm key U.S. military alliances," and "discuss cooperative effort to counter destabilizing activities and defeat extremist terror organizations."

I like it. It's so refreshing and encouraging to see Trump administration officials flying out of D.C. in all directions to carry out his decisions. Jeff Sessions on the southern border, Rex Tillerson in Russia, now Mattis going to our allies in the middle east. Plus the air strike against the Syrian air base and the Great Big Bomb in eastern Afghanistan. Our enemies must be crouching under their desks (or in their caves) wondering where the next attack will be. What a glorious change after eight years of appeasement and covert encouragement of our enemies by the racist, anti-semitic, anti-American president.
YUP - we’ve all seen in painful detail how well being nice to savages works. This just makes it easier to bring down the hammer on these demons.
