--SNIP-- The 5-year-old plant in deep-red Idaho sparked a firestorm, particularly from the far-right media. Breitbart News claimed that the plant brought refugees, crime and tuberculosis to the town. Ulukaya said he and the Twin Falls mayor received death threats. It was an emotional time. People ... hate you for doing something right, Ulukaya said. Theres not much you can do.

Time for a boycott big enough to curdle their yogurt.
Islamic creeps. I don’t buy it anymore.
Me too.
Another one.. Caribou Coffee. Used to be anyway.
We stopped buying it also long ago. They’ve had several recalls with fungus and mold and perhaps something else in the past several years.
Why would anybody want to buy a $hit product produced by a foreign enemy?
Thanks for the tip! :)
I agree. One antidote would be stronger voter ID measures.
Now that we have Scalia replaced and if we can get some of the vacancies on the lower bench filled, perhaps Congress can put forth a strong Voter ID bill. IF not, then at least Red states trying to shore up voter ID requirements won’t be overturned by Supremes like they were before.
I did too—Have 2 yogurt makers now to make my own...tastier and cheaper :)
NEVER BUY CHOBANI.
Soon only Shariabucks will stock it.
I didn’t watch the episode. Did they ask him if new hires are taught how to use toilet paper?
I eat a lot of yogurt. Always have. I don’t like Chobani. Seems thin and watery to me.
When heard about the rape of a 5 year old girl in TFs and the subsequent beat down of the story by the local authorities I suspected there must be something more to their liberal like denial of justice as it involves immigrants. When the Chobani plant and its boss’s assistance to help the immigrant community to grow surfaced, it was one step too far. Not much I can do here on the other side of the country.....except buy Fage yogurt.
Much better tasting and better quality and cheaper.
F.U. Chobani!!!!
Chobani is one product I have stayed clear of since discovering the “religion” of the owner.
I wouldn’t be surprised to find that he is slowly poisoning thousands of “infidels”.
Same here in MA. Probably good for you in TX. I think more often than not, it's the conservatives that leave. In MA, there is more pressure on the conservatives that remain, as our conservative friends leave. And, we have a harder time of it, with fewer to canvass, campaign, GOTV, call, contribute and vote. This cycle is a self-feeding thing, because while some of us remain to fight the good fight, at some point we too decide to hang it up.
Ann Rand was right!
Now, this makes perfect sense:
Good, often on sale, eat a ton (plain) of it. It is unbeatable as sour cream sub on baked potato.
Stonyfield organic is less 'set' and it settles on the palate better, but doesn't hold as long as Fage.
I make two gallons of plain every week or two. Basically costs me the price of the milk. Just pick a brand that you like to use as a starter/inoculant.
You're right, Chobani is terrible.
I buy whole milk yogurt by the quart. It's healthier to consume than lowfat yogurt, because you need the fat to be able to absorb the calcium.
Btw plain whole milk yogurt tastes great. It's not as tart as lowfat yogurt, hence you don't need to add all kinds of sugary stuff to it.
The supermarket's house brand is fine, and is cheaper too. No need for overhyped crap products like Chobani.
I bought Chernobyl yogurt for awhile, but not once since I found out they were supporting the Muslim conquest.
No, but they did install signs in the restrooms for employees to lick fingers or wash hands before leaving.
